I added logging so you can see what URLs are being sent to the server. Makes the proxy_pass stuff easier to diagnose.
Also added a Caveats section to the README with a hint for how to setup nginx and proxy_pass to support SSL with this project.
Prettier went to town on the files I editted 😡
